Brasa is our food truck, created to embrace the bold and varied flavors of street food with the quality standards of each of the resort's restaurants. Brasa's current menu offers fresh salads and ceviches, a selection of delicious fried foods, succulent grilled dishes, and entrees—something for everyone.
